UNIT 3 - RELAXATION EXERCISE

The relaxation exercise was GREAT! The voice of the narration is VERY soothing and the music is calming as well. However, I’ve noticed that the more stressed I am, the harder it is for me to be able to concentrate on the exercise. Therefore, I realized that I need to do these exercises more often to lower my stress levels and get the full benefits of this technique.

  1. Maybe you could do other things to reduce stress as well:) Meditation is fun. Some thing I find most calming is different types of meditation. There are two different ways meditate, one that excepts outside thought and the other that keeps them out. Sometimes I sit still and allow no thought to enter my mind. It usually takes a while, but all I do is focus on one bright light and do not allow my mind to wonder. There are also times that I let my mind wonder, but in a controlling way. I think about one thought at a time and measure its importance. Try them sometimes:)
